It has an open plan living room/kitchen/dining room, double-height ceilings with contemporary furniture. The lounge comfortably seats eight and has a 42" TV. The dining room seating six is an open plan to the fully fitted kitchen with Miele top of the range appliances, coffee maker, microwave, marble countertops and island countertop with bar stools. Folding stacking doors opening up to the large wrap-around balcony complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture - table and chairs seating eight-plus loungers and chairs and tables, ideal for that afternoon siesta, reading a good book or just merely taking in the beauty of paradise! Also on this floor are two spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom has a large king-size bed with luxury Percale sheets, a safe and hairdryer, and a private balcony.
