   • The house is spread across four floors, at the top is the main bedroom with double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath tub; below this is a small living room with a couch, bookshelves and a smart tv (which connects to Netflix and bbc iplayer), as well as a small bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a landing with a desk space; below this is the reception room (where you enter the house) - this has a long table for meals, a piano and a comfortable window seat couch - which pulls out to convert into a second double bed with memory foam cushions; below this is the basement which houses the kitchen, utilities (washing machine etc) and is where you can access (and feel free to water!) our lovely private south-facing garden. The house is full of light, and heats up quickly throughout with central heating. It is very quiet for central London, and as mentioned perfectly located within walking distance of Islington's Upper Street with it's many restaurants and bars. Angel station (Northern line - Black) is only a 6 minute walk and provides quick and easy access to the rest of the city and Kings Cross Station is only a fifteen minute walk up the canal. There are numerous supermarkets, shops, a movie theatre, street vegetable markets and everything one could ever need within walking distance.
