Sundance Villa is located in Houlakia. Built in traditional Cycladic style, the Villa is set on separate levels that unite on a very spacious veranda. The main building of 75 sqm consists of two levels. On the first level, there is a traditionally built living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, dining table for 6 persons, wc with shower and fully equipped kitchen. All in the colors of the island, white and blue, with wooden ceilings with beams as it demands the Cycladic style.The internal staircase leads you to the second level where there is a hallway with an auxiliary sofa bed that can accommodate one person. On the left side, it is the bedroom with a double built-in bed as well as its bedside tables, wardrobe, flat-screen TV with DVD player and a secreted air condition. On this level, you will find a traditional wooden balcony with a breathtaking view.Outside of the main building and at a distance of 10 meters, the Villa features a second stone-built building of 30 sqm. It consists of a single space with two single painted beds, a traditional wardrobe, a table with two hand-painted chairs, a fridge-free sink and two hotplates for breakfast. There is also a wc with a shower.Finally, the huge terrace with the outdoor jacuzzi and the breathtaking view.
