First small shop at 20 m, Airport at 25 min, many typical markets all around.The Villa is a real villa, not overlooked, and the first neighbor is at 50 meters, separated by greenery. We reach the main road by a path of about 50 meters. We live entirely outside thanks to the terrace of 60 m 2, but you will also find an interior living room. The whole house, the rooms, the terrace, the swimming pool overlook the greenery (coconut, hevea, ...). A large room of 35 m2 offers direct access to the terrace upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, deep fryer, barbecue ... The inside staircase is completely secured for children. You can rest on the terrace while knowing your children safely in the fully dedicated play area for them (we have two little girls, 1 year and a half and 4 years) For the siesta, two hammocks and a large Thai carpet are at your disposal, as well as 4 reclining chairs! In the morning you can see from your window, or from the terrace, big squirrels, tropical birds, etc ... The small shop nearby sells simple products and offers small dishes for the typical Thai breakfast. The 4 houses of our small neighborhood belong to the same family ... so offers great security!We live all the year in this house. When we return to France, to see the family, we offer the possibility to the travelers to rent it. We are available all the time via internet (messenger, mail) or by telephone. A trusted person will welcome you in our house.Laundry service set up at no extra charge.In Thailand, inside the houses, we remove our shoes, the houses are designed for that, the same goes for our house!
