Come and enjoy!A modern and extremely well furnished house in the middle of a bush setting, yet only a short few minutes drive from town. It is very quiet, but there are many activities for the adults and/or the kids!The space is perfect for that weekend away you require, family/friends gatherings, reunions, birthdays, wedding guests, bridal party, hens parties, winery tours, Healesville Picnic racedays, golf trips, plus so much more! Whether it be a group of people, or just a single couple to unwind with the whole house to themselves, there is something for everyone at Killawarra House!Guests have full access to everything.I am available on the text via (HIDDEN) messaging service to answer any queries up to, and during your stay.Healesville is a beautiful little town in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia, 52 km north-east from Melbourne's central business district, approx. a 1 hour drive. It has a population of nearly 7,000. Tourism dominates the area, with fantastic pubs & restaurants, wineries, Healesville Sanctuary, RACV Golf Club, picnic racetrack, Four Pillars Gin Distillery, Yarra Valley Railway, Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery, Yarra Valley Dairy, spa retreats, walking tracks, plus much more!Healesville town is 3.5km away from the house, mostly downhill into town, but an uphill walk home; why did you think the views are so amazing?! There is a bus stop at the main road about 800m from the house that runs between Lilydale and Healesville. There is also a number of taxis and drop-off bus service that operate around the town. Spectacular mountain views to the east of Healesville from the large covered deck and upper bedrooms and bathroom. Beautifully furnished modern interior. King beds featuring crisp white linen. Gorgeous full kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm during your stay. Our beautiful house will feel like your own boutique hotel. Relax and enjoy....Healesville Luxury Escape is a modern, fully renovated house in the heart of Healesville. The décor is comfortable and stylish and we hope you feel like you are staying in your very own boutique hotel, with all of the advantages fully self-contained accommodation provides. The house is a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with magnificent views of the mountains to the East of Healesville. Make use of the cook's kitchen and cook-up some lovely local produce, or use the close proximity to the main street to wander down and sample the many restaurants we have.LIVING:The house is set across three split-levels. The upper level contains two bedrooms, large bathroom and separate toilet.The second level (street level) contains the entry, two large bedrooms - one with ensuite.The lower level is all open-plan living, kitchen and dining and all open onto a large covered deck with views of the mountains, great for entertaining.BEDROOMS:The house has four large bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests. 3 bedrooms with king beds. The fourth bedroom can be a king or two singles. All bedrooms are made up with beautiful crisp, white linen. We also have a fold-out bed and portacot available.Guests will have exclusive use of the house, however as you pay per bedroom, only those bedrooms included in the price will be available for use.Guests enter the house via a key safe. The key must be returned to the keysafe on departure. We are only a few streets away and are available to contact during your stay.Montpellier Street is in a cul de sac only 900m from the main street. The location provides privacy and tranquility. From the elevated location enjoy tree-lined views of the mountains to the East of Healesville. The perfect spot to feel 'away' while only being a short walk to all the main street has to offer.The house provides off-street parking for 3 large cars . A fourth can fit if the cars are not large.The house is built on a hillside. There are steps down to the front door and the house itself is split over three levels. Most people will manage the location easily, however those with mobility issues may not find the property suitable.House Rules:The house is in a QUIET residential cul de sac. It's a lovely place to relax and unwind. No loud gatherings or parties and we ask you keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, particularly when outside on the deck. No smoking inside. If smoking, please place butts in the ashtrays provided.
