It is located on the bottom floor of our villa and it haves separate entrance and consists of comfortable bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and sweet small terrace with garden furniture where you can spend your time and relax. All area including outside is covered with wifi connection and apartment is covered with AC. The space In the bedroom there is new bed with new anatomic mattress and pillows just bought for our guests to have comfortable rest after long and hot days. As our unit is on the bottom floor you will not have direct view to the Old town but if you just take a step outside garden doors in the park located step away, you will see beautiful views of the Old city, sea, island of Lokrum. Biggest advantage of this unit is it's location : 5 minutes easy walk to beach Banje, 2 minutes walk to the Old city entrance, 2 minutes walk to Komarda beach ...not to many stairs like 90% of the propreties in this area.. From the garden our guests will have beautiful view of the Old city, Lovrijenac and Mincheta fort.Even in hot summer days you will always find shade and sea breeze under the olive trees.The spaceVila consists of three separate units..2 studios which can be connected in one and top floor penthouse apartment. There are 4 bedrooms, three kitchens and 4 bathrooms..There are stairs to do if you want to reach us, which is common thing in Dubrovnik but can be a problem for the disabled people...Guest accessMy whole property can be usedOther things to noteWe do not have pets in the house but in our surrounding and in the garden you can see and meet bees, butterflies, nice cat from our neighbours who really likes to use our garden :), and non human living world including various number of plants and flowers :)People who are scared of all that mentioned abow maybe wouldn't enjoy their stay with us so are advised to find other solution at more controlled environment.... 詳情

That means apartment is not modern, new or luxury it is a really comfortable, clean, and simple unit on the best possible location in Dubrovnik.I always do accent on this on my listing description because we are really trying hard to have good reviews and meet our guest expectation about our unit.When you are happy, we are happy too :)As we are really busy persons we would like to have non demanding guests who have simple demands regardingwe sell comfortable, clean and basic property in the middle of the Old town area.Beside the lodging at your disposal there is a huge simple terrace, with tables and chairs.4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, large dining-room with licing space, and a wide kitchen suitable for 7 person.It is located near the old town entrance at the east side called Ploče..In the surroundings there are the luxury hotels of Dubrovnik like, the Excelsior, Grand Villa Argentina, Argentina...Nearest beach..famous Banje beach is only 5 minutes away on foot,,,The distance to the Old town center and restaurants, bars is 5 minutes by foot.From the apartment window there is an incredible view at the Old town, the city walls and the Island of Lokrum.... 詳情
