    • Our location is about 15 mins northeast of the old city, Nimman. It's roughly 8 mins to Central Festival, Chiang Mai's largest and newest shopping mall. We are also minutes away from a Tesco Lotus, Home Pro, Ruamchok Shopping center and lots of local markets/street vendors. While staying at our guesthouse you will enjoy a large living room space with premium reclining leather couches, two AC units, an air purifier, private bathroom and a king sized bed. You'll also have a refrigerator/freezer, an electric water boiler and microwave inside as well as access to an oven and nice pellet BBQ/smoker if you feel like cooking something. You can also order food from the many local restaurants and street vendors through the Food Panda or Grab apps. For your entertainment you'll have a 55" Samsung UHD 4K Smart TV, PS4, Netflix and nice Sony DTS home theater surround sound system. You will also have high speed internet via WiFi connected by fiber optic at 100/30 speeds and Amazon Echo controlled lighting. We will also provide free shuttle service (dropoff and pickup) locally twice a day or at a fair additional cost if your interested in checking out any of Chiang Mai's must see destinations depending on the time and distance. Just give us a heads up and let us know what your interested in. We can also let you rent a scooter if you have your International driver's permit with the motorcycle endorsement stamp. Last but not least for those who like to keep in shape you'll have a treadmill, yoga mat, jump rope, cardio step, Pro Bowflex system (replaced weight bench pictured) and of course the private pool to enjoy. Near my Condo have 2 laundry,One laundry is 24 hours, 1 time fee is 35 Bath,They laundry service is very beautiful and kindly. Near my Condo have 5 shopping mall. You can walking to Central Festival, Big C Extra, Index living mall, Marco, Star avenue. Near condo have 27 restaurant.Including Thai, vegetarian, Japan, Vietna Style,4 shop 7-11, 15 shop Beauty salon&SPA, 16 all kinds of shops, 7 hospital,5 school, 5 Gym&Yoga. This is really good area ,You can walking to every where. If you want go to outside,you can call Uber or Grab, If you want red car or dudu ,you can walk to Big C ,Front Big C have a lot car. You can bargain the price with driver. Normally 250 B-350 B ,not so far. In my room now not have Wifi, If you want use free Wifi, you can go to first floor, they have offer fee Wifi.
