Frequently asked questions: Frequently asked questions: *Do you have free airport transfer/pick up service?No, but we can give you information on some popular car rental companies in Dumaguete for you to contact or we could arrange those for you.*Do you have air-conditioning in the rooms?Yes. We have 3 aircon rooms and 1 fan room.*Can we use the air-con in the living and dining areas?Unfortunately, at the moment, it is out of order. You may use the electric fan provided. *Is there breakfast? No, we do not offer breakfast. *Can we cook in the kitchen?Yes. Please use the electric stove and NOT the gas stove due to safety reasons. Our kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, stove, rice cooker, cookware, cutlery, and dishware.*Do you provide washing machine?No. We do not have washing machine in the apartment. There is an outside laundry area where you can handwash your clothes--clothesline is provided. Please do not hang your wet clothes on our furniture.If you prefer washing machine, there is laundry shop on the ground floor. Very convenient and affordable.*Is there parking?Yes, there is free parking on the ground floor of our building.*Are there any shops near The Deluxe House?On the ground floor of the apartment, there is spa/massage and laundromat.
