- Treat yourself: location, views, security, modern styling and great amenities. Enjoy epic sundowners on the massive 60m2 balcony with panoramic views! With 1 king size en-suite and 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms this apartment accommodates up to 4 people in comfort. It's a 5 minute walk from the CTICC, 10 minutes from the V&A waterfront/Long Street. The neighborhood has many trendy eateries, cafe's, pubs and other local gems. There are fans and heaters, but no air conditioning/AC.The apartment is stylish, modern, fully equipped apartment. The expansive 60m2 balcony with it's gas BBQ and seating is perfect for entertaining. It also features the most epic 180 degree views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill. The balcony even has it's own home-made, upcycled micro-vertical water wise indigenous (edible & medicinal) herb garden!Parking is very secure in the built-in parking underneath the main apartment building secured by automatic gates. Please park in the open 907 parking bay on the second parking level just after the metal gates. Access to the parking area is by remote and it is the gate to the left of the reception entrance. The remote is on the same set of keys you will be given.The neighbourhood is ideally situated between the city center, CTICC (5 mins walk), the world-famous V&A waterfront and Long Street (10 mins walk). There is also a huge range of fantastic bars, clubs, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shops and more all within a 5-15 minute walk in the local area. There is a neighbourhood guide available in the apartment, previous guests have left many great suggestions, and we're more than happy to make more recommendations from a local angle.Public transport is available via the reliable My Citi buss network which operate from the next block down.
