Surrounded by front and back decking with huge outdoor table and webber Q. Great for entertaining inside or out and kids of all ages love the secure yard. Enter the open plan living area with Tasmanian Oak flooring, Blackbutt table seating 8, well maintained kitchen with dishwasher and gas cook top. Selection of complimentary Twinnings teas and Yahava coffee. This north facing living area is spacious and very comfortable with two leather couches, 40 inch LCD HDTV and media player, reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling, deliciously warm pot belly fire place and board games. The perfect house for couples or families with a bedroom and bathroom wing at each end of the house, carpeted bedrooms, ceiling fans, extra blankets and very comfortable beds.
