My family have lived in this unit in the past and it comes with almost anything you would need to make your stay comfortable including a full kitchen with everything you need to make a gourmet feast.In the living room is a 46" HDTV with cable, a two seater and one seater couch and a gas fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and an open area. The dining area has enough space to fit four comfortably at the table. The open area is where you pull down the queen-sized Murphy bed from the wall. Beside the open area is the stairs to the loft that includes a queen sized bed and cabinet.The unit is located on the 3rd floor along with other residential/nightly rental units, outdoor hot tub with changing room and coin laundry machines (I provide laundry detergent and fabric softener).On the first two levels are businesses and offices that include several restaurants.In the basement are the parking and refuse areas.The unit is beside the elevator and I think the noise bothers older adults. However, it is not noticeable from the loft. This noise quiets down by 9pm and is as loud as the dishwasher.Hot tub, everything that is not locked in my unit, coin laundry facilities.Guests will check-in with the front desk in the Alpenglow which is located across the street from the condo but my uncle Kevin and I are close by to respond to any guest needs.In the same building as the biggest supermarket in Whistler. Close to many reasonably priced restaurants, coffee shops and liquor store. Ten minute walk or 800m walk (according THE popular map site) to the base of Whistler Mountain where you can take gondolas to either Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain or you can take a free shuttle to the base of Whistler or Blackcomb mountain.Two minute walk to the bus stop. But don't really need to leave the village.I guarantee clean sheets and towels. Extra sheets and towels will also be available.Free parking within my building available.House Rules:In Whistler, quiet hours are between 10pm to 9am. Please observe or you may receive a $200 fine. For stays longer than four nights, we will come in to replace sheets and towels, take out the garbage and recycling and vacuum. Four occupants maximum. Smoking allowed in balcony only. Smoking inside will result in a $250 cleaning fee.No house parties.No strangers allowed in the apartment.There are additional fees for pets.
